“All the exercises have become easier to do.” Kтsenia Savinova about the assessment training session at the Academy

Young gymnast Ksenia Savinova, who lives and trains in Sochi, shared her thoughts about the assessment training session at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.

“The training went well. I could have done the clubs and ball better. The clubs were made for me recently, so I did not have time to work everything out until the end. And the ball was made for me yesterday,” she explained.

Ksenia also spoke about the progress in object preparation after classes at the Academy. “The hoop has gotten better, it's much easier to do now. And all other objects have also become easier,” Ksenia said.

Coach Irina Dzyuba, who was at the assessment training session, praised the young athlete. “She told me that I did well with the hoop. And as for the ball, she told me that I need to dance more and move along the mat. And she told me to complete all my skills with the clubs,” she added.

During the assessment training session, young athletes Karolina Tarasova, Maria Myasnikova, Elvira Belyaeva and Ksenia Savinova performed the programs that they are working on at the Academy.
