"All children are disciplined." Artistic gymnastics coach Anton Shalashov about the Academy training camp

Artistic gymnastics coach and master of sports in trampolin Anton Shalashov taught a class for special needs children as part of a charity training camp at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
During class, young gymnasts improved their coordination and jumping skills. “The kids and I warmed up. We did coordination exercises, studied jumping technique,” Shalashov said.
He added that during the training, the children were serious about work and tried to do the exercises correctly. “Children with special needs have their own fantasies, but they were all well-disciplined. Everything was great!” the coach said.
The charitable training camp for gymnasts from Kazan is held in Sochi at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, June 1-8. The program includes general physical training, acrobatics, stretching, working on elements, individual training, games, relay races and swimming at the pool.
