Vladislava Nikolaenko talks about her ribbon routine at the interregional Sky Grace Cup tournament

Vladislava Nikolaenko from the Nizhny Novgorod Region won gold in the all-around at the Volga Federal District interregional Sky Grace Cup tournament  in the Masters of Sports program.

After the tournament in Sirius, the gymnast spoke about her ribbon routine.

"The music is from the "Memoirs of a Geisha" soundtrack. And in this exercise you need to change the image, because the music changes there. At first there is such slow, smooth music, and then it becomes warlike. Of course, it’s difficult, my coaches and I work on this at every training session, we try to improve, add a look somewhere, a hand somewhere," she said.

Vladislava also highlighted the features of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association rules that she likes.

"You can show other elements, combined elements. It's difficult, it's not easy to switch to these rules in a short period of time, but it's very interesting," the gymnast said.
