Meet the gymnasts who will compete at the Russian Junior Championship in Kazan under the quota of the Sky Grace International Association.
The first of them is Valeria Gavrina from Krasnoyarsk, the champion in the hoop exercise, the bronze medalist with a ribbon at the Krasnoyarsk Region Championships in 2026. Her coaches are Elena Drozhanova and Ekaterina Vedeneeva.
Valeria told which gymnast is an example for her:
"I love rhythmic gymnastics for its beauty and grace. Ekaterina Olegovna Vedeneeva is a role model for me. She is a strong, courageous, and beautiful gymnast. She performed brilliantly. Now she works to pass on her experience to me and tells me before I go out on the floor that everything is perfect. You just have to go for it boldly, and then everything will work out."
