"All our children are unique." Coach Alina Gusarova — about qualification competition in St. Petersburg

Coach Alina Gusarova noted the character of athletes at the interregional qualification competition in St. Petersburg.

"All our children are different, all of them are unique, and all of them are special. There are strong-willed children. This can be said when they are young athletes already — this is seen. And some others are preparing, working, and rising above themselves every time when coming to the floor." 

The professional commended rules of the Sky Grace International Association and explained what is in the focus.

"We are already familiar with the rules because we participated in other competitions under the Sky Grace rules. We have already taken interest, called coaches from the Academy, asked questions and clarified certain points. Therefore, it was not so much difficult for us. We already know more or less what a program should be made and endeavor to make elements cleaner. There must be risks now in the rules of the Russian Federation. Risks are rated higher and they are doubled in terms of the value; they appear to have a high score. Meanwhile, there are elements, pure elements in the Sky Grace. We are trying to make them exactly."

The Sky Grace Cup interregional qualification competition in St. Petersburg was held on March 30–31.
