“Asel has great prospects.” President of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation of Kyrgyzstan Nazira Aidarova talks about the BRICS Games

Ahead of the BRICS Games, the President of the Kyrgyz Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation, Nazira Aidarova, spoke about the participation of Kyrgyz gymnasts in the competitions.

“This is a new competition format, and new always means development. This will be like another round of development of rhythmic gymnastics in the world. At these Games, gymnasts have the opportunity to compete both for their country and for various associations. Asel Arapova, our Kyrgyzstani, will perform for Sky Grace. We will also have girls performing for Kyrgyzstan, who represent the country both in group exercises and in the individual program,” Nazira said.

She also noted that Asel Arapova has great prospects in rhythmic gymnastics.

“Asel has great prospects because she is a very hardworking gymnast. She is now training under the guidance of Natalia Belugina. They always have interesting performances. I hope that we will see Asel at many international competitions, where she will be a senior in the future, and that she will give us her new beautiful exercises,” she said. 

Asel Arapova will represent the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association team at the BRICS Games in Kazan under the junior program.
