Coach Natalia Aronova tells how the gymnasts prepared for the tournament according to the Sky Grace rules

The team from Ulyanovsk under the leadership of Natalia Aronova is participating in the tournament according to the Sky Grace rules for the first time.

She said that the participation in the competition was suggested by Russia’s Honored coach Tatyana Gribkova.

"Tatiana Gribkova made this offer, first of all. She said there is an opportunity to take part in this wonderful competition. She suggested going to Kazan. This is also an experience for the girls. We have the excellent large Tatiana-Arena facility in Ulyanovsk. The majority of competitions where our girls take part are staged there. And when an opportunity came up to travel elsewhere, well,  we certainly agreed," she said.

The coach also shared details of her preparation for the tournament.

"They were very happy, especially when they got to know that this is Sky Grace. Many of them for the first time participated in the competition under the Sky Grace rules, and that is why they were very surprised and happy. It was interesting, difficult in some aspects, so we asked other coaches, whose girls already participated in competitions under the Sky Grace Rules," the coach said.

Natalia also noted the importance of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association for the development of rhythmic gymnastics.

"This is very important for Russian rhythmic gymnastics," Natalia said.
