Coach Anna Vodopyanova summed up the control training session which was held at the training camp under the guidance of the Russian national team senior coach Anna Dyachenko at the Academy:

"The uniqueness of this camp is primarily that the strongest children in their age category are gathered here. Therefore, every time they come to classes, they learn from each other, they take the best from each other, but at the same time they also compete with each other. Over these two weeks, the growth has been simply amazing."

The specialist shared her impressions from the performances and told what discoveries this unusual format, when the gymnasts tried themselves as coaches and choreographed exercises for each other, brought:

"The control training took place in a very creative format. Tatyana Sergaeva suggested this experiment. Our children were happy to take part in this experiment. It consisted of them being divided into pairs. They did it on their own. One of them was a gymnast, the other one was a coach. And then they switched. They had a limited amount of time to prepare the routine. But everything they did, they did completely on their own. Well, and we saw very, very musical productions, first of all. That is, all the children who gathered here, they hear music very well. Simply amazing. Many were presented in other images, here they could allow themselves anything they wanted, what they liked, and so they were dancing, in a completely different style, more relaxed, more tempo, and it looked really great, and even Anna Dyachenko told many coaches to pay attention to this style and keep this in mind, to use in new programs."
