Judge Ekaterina Lots shares her impressions of the performances of the Gracia Fair Cup tournament participants

The Gracia Fair Cup tournament was the first international competition of the season not just for our gymnasts but also for judge Ekaterina Lots.
The specialist shared her impressions of the performances of the participants:
"Quite a few gymnasts from different countries came. There are strong gymnasts who are competing and vying for prizes. Gymnasts from other countries score points mainly in turns: attitude turns, arabesque turns. Standard elements and complex risks. Gymnasts throw according to many criteria and catch without visual control, without using their hands. It's quite complex and impressive."
She also named the athletes who stood out:
"Among the international junior gymnasts, I liked Alisa Rosenberg from Israel. She's quite promising, in my opinion. She has good physical attributes and artistic flair. I think she has a bright future. I liked Viola Sella from Italy. She executed her turn elements quite well, an attitude turn and an arabesque turn. Among our gymnasts, Ksenia Savinova stood out in the juniors, winning the overall title at the competition. Our senior gymnasts performed quite well, demonstrating a good, respectable level. Vladislava Sharonova stood out for her artistry. All the gymnasts demonstrated tremendous effort, tremendous work."
The Gracia Fair Cup competition was held in Budapest from February 20 to 22 under the auspices of World Gymnastics. Our athletes competed under neutral status.
