Sofia Nikolskaya speaks about the hoop program at the first stage of the Cup of the Strongest

Sofia Nikolskaya from the Moscow Region performs at the first stage of the Cup of the Strongest under the quota of the Sky Grace International Association.

The gymnast is an International Level Master of Sports, winner of the Renaissance-2024tournament, silver medalist of the 2024 Russian Junior Championship in the team competition. Her coaches are Marina Nikolaeva and Ekaterina Titova.

Sofia told us more about the hoop program:

"My hoop routine is set to a Michael Jackson hit. Many people have been focusing on his compositions this season, so it's important to stand out. When I step onto the floor I want to convey all my energy. And my coach says, «Do it in a way that Michael wouldn't be ashamed of you!»"
