Sofia Ilteriakova talks about her victory at the third stage of the Cup of the Strongest

In Kazan, Sofia Ilteriakova won all three stages of the Cup of the Strongest in the all-around competition in the juniors program.

The gymnast noted that this competition was very important to her:

"Every competition is important to me. The third stage is the last stage before the Strongest Cup final, so it was also important for me to perform well. Конкуренция здесь сильная. The competition here is fierce. All the girls are strong. Yes, I was lagging behind a bit after the first day. I tried not to think, just focus, perform well, cleanly, without any major mistakes, and show what I'm capable of."

Sofia also discussed how her ball routine has changed:

"We decided to change the second part. It's probably more exciting, energetic, and fun. I really like it. I really like the new leotard too. The colors are so beautiful."

The athlete also talked about her hobbies:

"I love drawing. Sometimes on weekends I'll actually draw, copying from pictures. I don't come up with anything myself. I've also done diamond paintings. But I love walking with my dog, my family, my relatives, and my sister.  I really like algebra at school. It's interesting to solve all sorts of problems with formulas."
