Sofia Ilteriakova sums up her performance at the Alina Kabaeva Grand Prix Champions Cup

At the Alina Kabaeva Champions Cup Grand Prix, Sofia Ilteriakova was awarded a certificate "For Artistry" from the Alina Kabaeva Charitable Foundation.

And on the final day of the competition, she won gold medals in the finals of individual events with ball and ribbon in the junior program.

The gymnast spoke about the images in the programs and preparation for the start.

"The hall here is very dear to us, because we perform here very often. The atmosphere here is also very good, everyone offers support. I am grateful that I am performing here. A very important competition. And we had to not let down the country, our entire team, the coaches, the choreographers. Not let anyone down. We prepared for two training sessions. We also had a separate training session where we worked on all our risks and throws. We worked on the tracks because it is highly valued now. Artistry is the most important thing in the exercise. I had a dance with sabres. I was a little serious and also a little cheerful. And my ribbon was also fiery. I enjoyed the performances. I was also surprised that I was chosen, because it was an honor that I was noticed, recognized. I’m very glad that I was noticed and rewarded," she said.
