"It's great that they can see themselves from the outside!" Russian Honored coach Inna Bystrova talks about the Academy's group training

Russia’s Honored coach Inna Bystrova spoke about the benefits of the screen for repetitions during group training at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.

"I was amazed that in such a short period of time we can already see the team. This speaks of the right selection of girls, the right work with them, the right motivation. It's better to see something once than to hear it a hundred times. It's great when they can see themselves from the outside," she said.

The specialist also noted the gymnasts’ desire to become better.

"The team must turn into one whole single organism. I just set Alina Kabaeva as an example for them, how she performed, how she trained, came out on the floor. She smiled, she was in flight, she had music on the inside. They are very motivated, very interesting girls. You have to go through difficulties. Work is always rewarded, work from the heart," Inna said.
