Sisters Sofia and Yulia Bogdanova share their impressions of the competition in Beijing

Sisters Sofia and Yulia Bogdanova shared their impressions of participating in the Sky Grace Cup International Tournament and Beijing Top Open 2025.

Yulia noted that the competition in Beijing motivated her to continue working hard:

"I really enjoyed it because it was my first international tournament. And I'm very pleased with my performance. After this tournament, I felt motivated to keep going, to work harder, to participate in more competitions like this. We liked China. We went to the Great Wall of China and the park. It's very beautiful there."

Sofia also gained valuable experience, thanking the Sky Grace International Association for the opportunity to compete in China:

"I really enjoyed the tournament. The venue was very nice, very beautiful, very cozy. And it was a great experience for me. Thank you very much to the Sky Grace International Association for giving us the opportunity to travel to a tournament like that."

The sisters' routines include elements that, according to international rules, are not valued as highly as according to the Sky Grace International Association rules. The gymnasts explained why they continue to include these elements in their routines:

"We include these elements for added spectacle, to show that we can do it, to demonstrate our flexibility."

In China, Sofia won silver in the ball routine among pre-junior gymnasts.
