Preschoolers from free early development groups have completed their first academic year at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
Teacher Natalya Lobko summed up the results of the youngest gymnasts training.
"We learned with the girls how to play in speech games all over the year — these are didactic and narrative role-playing games; we read many fairy-tales. They learned to retell the stories, compose sentences, and learned many songs and poems. As a result, the children’s vocabulary was activated, their speech became emotional and colorful. Children were introduced to behavior rules, learned to communicate, negotiate, make friends, and play games together. The girls also learned to determine the number of subjects, learned colors, forms, and geometric shapes. They learned how to determine the composition of numbers up to ten, solve simple math problems and exercises, and identify sounds in words," Natalya said.
She noted the young athletes’ progress.
"We have achieved all the assigned goals and objectives within a year. The girls mastered the program and demonstrated good results," she said.
