“Bringing programs into a more expensive and optimal state.” Coach Olga Frolova on the Academy training camp

Coach Olga Frolova spoke about the training plan for the participants of the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy training camp.
“The plan looks like this, take a look at programs with girls from Novosibirsk, calculate how many points we can get, difficulty, change something somewhere, complicate it more, because now there is a transition from Russian rules to international FIG rules. We are now bringing all this into a more expensive and optimal form,” she said.
The coach noted that the girls from Novosibirsk, who came to the training camp in Sochi, deserve to represent Russia at the international tournament in Minsk.
“They are technically capable. They can perform a good set. The most important thing is to work it all out now. The possibilities are good, the girls are promising. Now we are doing good programs, and I hope we will get the best result that we are going for,” Olga said.
The international tournament in Minsk will be held in early August.
