"Using every spare minute in the hall!" Coach Tatiana Korobova talks about the recovery camp

Coach Tatiana Korobova came to the recovery camp with junior Alina Chistyakova.

The specialist told about the goals for the training camp and also noted the features of the training process:

"We have come now to the Academy to get new knowledge, skills, to work with what we do not have time for during the main period of preparations for the competitions. We are trying now to add something new to our programs, make them somewhat more difficult, add some artistry elements, and compose the programs element by element. Then we will put them together and have the ready variany remaining, and work on it."

She also assessed the conditions for the training process:

"The conditions are excelleny here, the ones we have never had. That is why we use every spare minute in the hall. We try to work with Alina as much as possible in such conditions, gain experience and usefully explore our time."

The coach also shared the plans for the future:

"We are preparing for the third stage of the Cup of the Strongest that will be in September. We have polished and revised all our programs in Novogorsk. We have a new ribbon routine. The new ribbon program is in line with modern rules and artistry. The character of a kind of a daring and eager girl, with bright accents. We continue perfecting now, inserting some important aspects into artistry as recommended by senior coaches of the national team, and working on elements."

The recovery camp will continue until July 21.
