"It turned out to be a very large-scale event!" Belarusian coach Yulia Goman talks about the Ojaq Cup tournament in Baku

At the international Ojaq Cup tournament in Baku, Belarusian coach Yulia Goman shared her impressions of the competition.

"A very large tournament, taking a lot of time. We liked the stage very much because the event turned out to be a large-scale one. Our children, from our school, do not perform often to have a chance to perform at a stage like that. So, this is a good experience. We brought 16 gymnasts here.  The little girls did well. Nobody had any mistakes, we are satisfied overall. Certainly, for those born in 2017, I think it was exciting, even merely the trip to another country itself and a competition like this," she said.

The coach noted the gymnasts’ performances by the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association team.

"They made an impression here. The girls performed, I really liked it," she said.

She also spoke about the notable Belarusian gymnasts.

"All our girls are good and perform very well. I love Dasha Grokhotova, and I really like Nikole Leuta right now," she said.

The international Ojaq Cup tournament is held from October 3 to 6 in Baku.
