"She will remember this for the rest of her life!" Coach Oksana Ishmaeva on her student's participation in the Academy training camp

Ralina Mukhametshina from Kazan and her coach Oksana Ishmaeva came to the training camp at the Academy. The young gymnast got the opportunity to train with Irina Gusarova.

The athlete shared how the classes are going.

"She told me to do these elements. Lie down and bend your legs. And do this every day after training. And you just lie down, relax, and everything here stretches. I always lose something, I lose everything. And I worry, then suddenly I pull myself together and do everything well," Ralina said.

And her coach Oksana Ishmaeva noted the value of training with the Academy staff.

"Today we were lucky, we visited Irina on the floor. Naturally, it is a great honor for us.  Of course, you can't do everything in such a short time, but there is something to work on. She gave us some basic advice. Very important and necessary advice, straight from the horse's mouth, hot off the press, so to speak. I think this is a unique moment for Ralina. I think she will remember this for the rest of her life, that a famous coach gave her the necessary advice. We will definitely use this at home," Oksana said.

Oksana Ishmaeva is a coach at the Diva rhythmic gymnastics school and mentor of Malika Timurshina, our Academy student.
