At the recovery camp at the Academy, Honored Artist of Russia, choreographer of the national team Vera Arbuzova told how choreography classes are held.<blockquote>"The first week is recovery. They go to the beach in the morning, they do general physical training in the open air, then swimming, sunbathing. And then there is choreography, and then training, dancing for artistic performance. Here with the girls we are slowly getting going, first weight training, and then we have the barre, and only after a week we started jumping the first jumps," the specialist said.</blockquote>She also noted the successes of the gymnasts:&nbsp;<blockquote>"First of all, I see progress. And it is easier after the vacation to do it right."</blockquote>In addition, Vera emphasized the importance of a good choreographic base in rhythmic gymnastics:<blockquote>"I think that the choreography base is very important in gymnastics. Because it is immediately obvious when a gymnast has a good base, and when she doesn’t. It is much easier to place the legs, which, in fact, they show that colorfully.&nbsp; And it is very difficult to place the upper body, the arms."</blockquote>
