"It is very interesting to participate in such tournaments". Sofia Laura Sanguinetti from Argentina talks about the Cup of the Strongest

Sofia Laura Sanguinetti from Argentina shared her impressions after the first stage of the Cup of the Strongest:

"It is very interesting to take part in such tournaments. I liked many girls, they are doing great, they have plenty of experience."

The gymnast told how she knows Russian so well:

"My mom is Russian and my dad is Argentinian. I was born there and she taught me."

The athlete also told how her career in rhythmic gymnastics began and who inspires her to move forward:

"I went in for ballet initially. My mom just practiced dancing. She wanted so much that I went into rhythmic gymnastics. However, since there are not too much sections in Argentina, she sent me to ballet at first and I got acquaintance there with Galina Aidarkina, the rhythmic gymnastics coach. She noticed something in me; she liked it so much.  I am so much inspired by Olympic champions. I think they are very strong, they have a very strong character. People that inspire me, these are my coaches, because I am with them every day, they teach me everything in my life. They are simply magnificent people."
