Asel Arapova from Kyrgyzstan, together with coach Natalia Belugina, came to the Academy to prepare for the international Sky Grace Cup tournament.

After the next workout, the gymnast told about the details of the training process.

"We are working on the program, what we have complicated, we are working more on emotions and on cleanliness. We have inserted more return helicopters, I have become better at making them. They inserted it more difficult to catch risks. The new exercises were made up with a hoop and a ribbon."

Asel also explained how she is mentally preparing for the tournament in Qatar.

"I'm looking forward, I'm really looking forward, I really want to perform at them. This is an important start. There is excitement and jitters before the competition, but not yet. The psychologist told me to do breathing exercises, I do them, I imagine the exercises in my head. In general, the best thing is to train a lot, and training gives you self-confidence in competitions."

At the Sky Grace Cup in Qatar, Asel will perform according to the juniors program.
