"I really want them to succeed!" Natalya Simashkevich talks about the participation of her students in the Sky Grace Cup
Coach and judge Natalya Simashkevich came to the all-Russian Sky Grace Cup competition with five gymnasts from Ulyanovsk. Before the start of the tournament, the coach talked about the goals she sets for her athletes.
"My ambitions are always higher than average. As a coach, I really want them to succeed. We tried very hard and prepared. I really like the compositions that are obtained according to the Sky Grace rules. They are very artistic, brave, and spectacular. I like it when gymnasts throw high, when they work musically, when they work boldly. I really want my gymnasts to be able to cope with their anxiety and give me, themselves and all the spectators who will watch them, a holiday, enjoyment and real gymnastics," she said.
Natalya Simashkevich came to the tournament at the Academy as not only a coach, but also a judge.
"I took a seminar with my colleague. I took the exam. I passed successfully and now I have been called upon as a judge of the Sky Grace Cup final," Natalya said.
The All-Russian rhythmic gymnastics Sky Grace Cup competition is held at the Academy, April 10 to 14.
