But my choreographer, Galina Vladimirovna, and my first coach, Marina Protasova, help me a lot. They give me tips during training because I don't always get it right either and I fall a lot. The main thing is, they tell me to do it with restraint because it's a natural spin. I don't even have to swing too hard and I'll twist as much as I need."</blockquote>The athlete also told how she feels to see Anastasia Salos as a judge and coach:<blockquote>"I'm incredibly happy for Nastya, because one minute she was a gymnast, and now she's a judge. She's a great woman. She's even helping us coach now. I absolutely love Nastya! Nastya is so smart, she really helps us. Alexandra Borisova from Moscow is second and Victoria Bespalova from Ulyanovsk comes in third. Anna Vakulenko of Volgograd, another Academy gymnast, showed the sixth results.

Arina Kovshova from the Novosibirsk Region, the current champion of Russia, won gold in the ball exercise and became the silver medalist in the hoop exercise according to the seniors program at the European Cup.Her coach is Elizaveta Chernova, and Elena Egorova is the choreographer.The first place in the hoop was taken by Ukrainian Taisiia Onofriichuk, and Daria Verenich competing under the neutral status finished third.Sofia Raffaeli from Italy took silver in the ball. The third result was shown by the champion of the World Cup stage in Tashkent Mariia Borisova, but according to the tournament rules, there can be only one gymnast from one country on the podium, so the bronze medal went to Vera Tugolukova from Cyprus.Our gymnasts are members of the national team roster, live and train at Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.They compete in the neutral status at the tournament.

And now, I think, the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy is coming here for the second or third time. I want to say that many strong gymnasts came this year. They came from St. Petersburg, Moscow, the Moscow region, and Yekaterinburg."</blockquote>The specialist noted the high level of training of the participants:<blockquote>"There were some very strong gymnasts from Surgut, competing in the Master of Sport program. There were also some strong Candidate of Master of Sport candidates. The highlight of our competition, of course, were the gymnasts from the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy. I've been following them for a long time. Their skill has improved greatly, and their routines are wonderful. Elizaveta Geraskina. We saw each other at the Hopes of Russia competition, and we just saw each other at the Russian Junior Championship. My gymnast performs and competes with her, and I watch them too. I'm really happy they came. Also, Evelina Tandalova, great routines. The gymnasts from Barnaul were strong competitors because we have a good school in Barnaul. Evelina Tandalova from the Tyumen Region was the first in the all-around among adult Category 1 gymnasts; silver and bronze medals were taken by Diana Kotlovskaya and Liya Rodionova from St. Petersburg.After the tournament, the gymnasts summed up the results.Evelina assessed her performances:<blockquote>"There were some flaws and mistakes, but I'll work on them and fix everything. They told me to work boldly, to do everything boldly, and to not be afraid. That this was just a test for me, like a control training session. We worked on the elements, on consistency, on risks. We made it a little more difficult after the Russian Junior Championship. And on artistic expression."</blockquote>She thanked everyone who helped her:<blockquote>"I want to thank the entire Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy and Alina Maratovna for the opportunity to perform and train at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.
