"Don't be shy and don't be afraid to make mistakes!" Soloist of Alla Dukhova's TODES Dance Theater Anastasia Soslovskaya talks about her master class

Soloist of Alla Dukhova's TODES Dance Theater Anastasia Soslovskaya told us after the master class at the Martial Arts Academy what makes TODES artists stand out.

"We have been teaching for a very long time. I think we know every child who comes to the camp. We quickly find contact with them, and we really like our profession and what we do. There is probably some trust in us, that is why they call us, invite us, we always come with pleasure. It seems to me that one of the unique properties of our ballet is our energy. This is our huge advantage. And it seems to me that this is what we charge others with," Anastasia said.

 She also noted what advice beginner dancers should listen to. 

"Don’t be shy and not to be afraid of making mistakes, not to be the best, to allow myself, perhaps, to relax, to be in the moment and enjoy the process. And then everything will definitely work out, I am sure of it," she said.

Alla Dukhova Dance Theatre TODES soloists also held a master class at the recovery camp for gymnasts of the Russian national team and the Academy.
