"Our classes help to better understand how to work with objects.” Ekaterina Malygina spoke about the Sky Grace Academy training camp

April 3-11, the Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy hosted a training camp for gymnasts from different parts of Russia.

The main goal of the training camp is to enable young athletes to improve their skills and learn new things from leading Russian experts in the field.

Russia’s Honored coach Anna Dyachenko was the head of the training camp. Her student, Honored Master of Sports and multiple world champion Ekaterina Malygina also came to work with the young athletes. Malygina was in charge of working with objects.

“This is my specialty, and I developed my own system. For many years, I’ve been creating it by analyzing the work with children in different cities.I’ve created training programs for every age, they help girls to work better with the object, to feel it better,” she said.

Malygina added that the classes are useful to make the program performances more stable. “The base that we set helps lose the object less in the future and, of course, to perform more successfully,” she added.
