"We need to find an approach to every child." Olga Frolova about working with preschoolers at the Academy

Olga Frolova, master of sports and coach at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, told how classes in additional education groups for preschoolers have begun.
"I am very happy about the new children at our Academy. Now they have a lengthy adaptation period. We help them get used to new premises and new teachers. We engage them in a playful way and set some tasks for games, role-playing. Activities that would be of interest to the girls. Everything is going well," she said.
She leads three groups of preschoolers at the Academy. She noted that the coaches themselves are constantly charged with positive energy from working with the girls.
"Little kids teach patience, especially little girls. They are restless, this basically applies to all children. Some are restless, some are disobedient, each has her own personality. We need to find an approach to every child. Because everyone is an individual in her own way. Each has its own characteristics and behavior. This is such a defining time period. We are also getting used to each other," Olga said.
Additional education groups for preschoolers started at the Academy in early September.
