“Russia’s best children were gathered at the tournament.” Academy Coach Zlata Tulubayeva talking about the Russian Championship

USSR’s Master of Sports and Academy Coach Zlata Tulubayeva, appreciated the performance of the students at the Russian Championship:

“We performed well, at a good level. All the girls did well. As for Ksyusha, she is a fighter. We worry about her, we root for her. She did a good job. It’s the same for Ela, she fought and she only needed 0.6 points to get into the finals, but I think it will be better next time. As for Eva, she did a good job, she is colorful, she also fought a lot. And Miroslava, these competitions are also very big for her, she is gaining experience. She is also very beautiful, a good gymnast. 

The coach also underscored the competition level at the tournament in Moscow:

“There is a high level of competition here, because the best gymnasts in the country are gathered here.”

Ksenia Savinova and Elvira Belyaeva from Gatchina, Miroslava Monina from Penza, and Eva Chugunova from Ulyanovsk performed at the contest from the Academy.
