"We teach children how to unlock themselves." Coach Evgenia Narkevich talking about the training camp in the Academy

Apparatus and dancing teacher Evgenia Narkevich told us how training sessions of the Academy of the Firsts in apparatus training and dancing take place.

"I teach apparatus training. We are learning many new interesting features, skills with children, so that they can use them further in their exercise. I also teach dance training, we are learning dance episodes, and every group has its focus. Someone is learning quicker choreography, the other one goes into lyrics with us. In general, we teach children how to unlock themselves, to listen to the proper music, to sound together with it and become more beautiful."

She also commended conditions in the training camp in the Academy.

"We are so happy that we have such an opportunity to progress here with children. They are inspired, look at incredible gymnasts here, and I think it motivates them not to stop and labor, although our labor is indeed not a simple one."

The training camp of athletes from the Academy of the Firsts is conducted under guidance of top-tier coach Marina Protasova from Belarus.
