“We will go forward and win” Alina Kabaeva spoke after the assessment training session

Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva talked to young gymnasts after the assessment training session at the Academy. She noted that a lot of competition in Russia is good for athletes.

“In Russian rhythmic gymnastics, as we now see, the competition is colossal within the country. And I am sure that thanks to these coaches who train you, you will continue to learn, and you too will become coaches. We will never stop. We will go forward and win,” the Olympic champion said.

In addition, she wished the young athletes good luck in their further competition preparations. “Let's get ready for the new competition. I am very glad that you are here, in these accommodations, and I am sure that this will help you,” she said.

An assessment training session was held at the Academy with the participation of Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva. Together with the head coaches of the training camp, she evaluated the participants’ performances and gave them instructions for improving their programs.
