"We went through a lot of parts, working on every step, every element." Eva Kononova talks about training camps in Kislovodsk

Eva Kononova from the Tyumen Region shared her experience at the training camp in Kislovodsk. The gymnast worked on improving her routines with Academy coaches Evgeniya Eliseeva and Olga Minigalina and choreographer Irina Zenovka:

"It's great that we were able to come here. There is a very interesting atmosphere here, mountains, and boys and girls from other sports. Overall, I really liked it here. We are in the mountains. The climate here is unusual, so our training sessions were a bit different. We did two types in the morning and two types in the evening. We analyzed a lot in parts, working on each step and each element. Natalia Vladimirovna, the choreographer from the Academy of Russian Ballet, also came here. We worked with her as well; she provided us with a lot of interesting insights. This was helpful. We had classical choreography. We examined the nuances of different pivots, both fouetté and planché. In the evening after training, we went for recovery procedures, so that our bodies felt good after the load and to achieve a cumulative effect."
