During their visit to the Academy, the Averina sisters held master classes for the Academy's students and helped them create new programs.

And in an interview, Dina and Arina shared their thoughts about the gymnasts' progress. Dina noted the performance of Kristina Voitenko from Novosibirsk at the BRICS Games.

"I am very happy for Kristina Voitenko. She is so good, I like her, she is beautiful, she does incredibly difficult elements. I think I couldn’t  do half of them. I was very happy for her," Dina said.

She also said that she was rooting for Ksenia Savinova from Gatchina.

"She's a great girl! I look, I see something, they are not calling her. I think, what happened? Is there some kind of injury? Then I found out that she had a nosebleed. But she's such a great girl, she pulled herself together. Very dignified, I'm really happy for her," Dina said.

Dina also assessed the progress of Karolina Tarasova from Donetsk.

"We've been following Karolina since last year on the Telegram channel. We saw her for the first time last year. She's grown a lot in a year, in terms of, she's gotten stronger, she's become more in control of herself, doing some interesting elements, things," Dina said.

Dina also spoke about the advice she gave to Karolina during training.

"Her downside is that if something doesn't work out, she immediately relaxes, although you still have to fight to the end. Everything is worked out in training. They also explained that if it doesn't work out, you shouldn't get upset, in training you, on the contrary, work on it, work on it, but you have to get ready to continue. And the less you lose later, the better," she said.

Arina also shared the instructions she gave to the young gymnasts.

"She just needs to step over herself during training, not give up, and when she can't do some element or risk, not relax like that. And then it will be easier for her to perform," Arina said.
