We have one of the best teaching staffs. We love these people very much. And personally, I have been to their session more than once. Each choreographer has their own way of presenting technique and choreography. With each master class we learn something new and become more at ease."</blockquote>Maria Likhatskaya shared her emotions during the battle:<blockquote>"This is not the first time I've gone out, but each time it's like the first time, because you go out, you don't know what kind of music you’ll have, what style, where what beat is, where to make it stronger, where to make it softer. But with each time the experience grows on you and each time I become more open, confident and relaxed. Therefore, it is very useful."</blockquote>Alexey Angatkin also spoke about improvisation:<blockquote>"The improvisation is something unusual, every time it is something new. You go out, new music, new emotions, a new hall in which you improvise. It is a new feeling every time, which is impossible to forget."</blockquote>At the final concert, the participants showed the dances they had learned, and also took part in dance battles and a flash mob.

And we are very glad that the girls had such an opportunity to try a new direction."</blockquote>The specialist also shared her impressions of classes at the Academy:<blockquote>"We have chosen the Academy for our training camp for the second year in a row because the conditions here are truly unique. There are luxurious halls, grounds, high ceilings, amazing carpets, excellent food, and grounds. That is, the girls can also take a walk after the training camp, go to the sea. Georgy Janelidze taught Georgian dance classes at the Academy of the Firsts training camp. Together with the athletes, they prepared performances for the final concert.At the final lesson, the teacher told about the specifics of working with gymnasts:<blockquote>"The children are athletic, the children are prepared, they already have some basics, their bodies are formed. And based on the fact that we didn’t have much time, we immediately started on the "heavy food". We started learning the movements, and everything worked out for us. All the girls absorbed it well, and all of our girls have their numbers ready. Girls from rhythmic gymnastics are different, because in our activity there is not enough time, and we immediately proceed to the basics of Georgian culture, to our movements, and then we move on to all the productions. Our children dance, but there is no such reverent work on gymnastics, on flexibility. But we cover this with our temperament, our fire that we give."</blockquote>He explained the goals of these productions:<blockquote>"That is, people's blood starts boiling inside, people are interested in watching, it lights people up, gives people goosebumps. And the organizers, I think, decided to awaken emotions in the girls, to cause this storm of emotions, so that they would feel what it is like not only in their direction, but also in our national Georgian direction."</blockquote>The Academy of the Firsts training camp took place on July 1-6.

We go to the sea, sunbathe, train, enjoy the weather and the conditions. We came here straight from vacation. The head coach of the Russian national team Tatiana Sergaeva explained how the training sessions of national team seniors are structured at the training camp at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy:<blockquote>"The season was intense, very stressful, very difficult physically, because everyone was working on their new programs, so now they need a reboot. This reboot means that they need to rest both physically and mentally. That is why we came here, to your wonderful Academy, the sea is nearby, they swim, do exercises, breathe the air. Choreographer Irina Malyshko, who teaches classes at the training camps of gymnasts from the Academy of the Firsts, told what is the feature in her teaching approach:<blockquote>"All the girls are of a different age, their training background is completely different, but the essence of my work is to give them the basics of classical choreography and at the same time teach them to coordinate also. My choreography is not entirely classical; I add elements of rhythmic gymnastics — some spins and jumps that are used specifically in rhythmic gymnastics. I put all this together and implement it into my work so that later on it would be much easier for the children doing the exercises to figure out and coordinate some movements so that they would be more or less familiar to them. I learned something from watching the coaches and their work. I watched a lot what comments they made and what more was needed. That’s why I try to include in my classes exactly what coaches need, what is needed specifically in this sport. We have a kind of tandem with the coach, where we all work together on one thing."</blockquote>She also shared the impressions from workouts at the Academy:<blockquote>"The conditions are magnificent, of course! A very beautiful, bright hall, mirrors everywhere, children can look at themselves from absolutely all sides. A comfortable mat, a platform, which is certainly a joy. Children can safely jump, spin, rotate, without anything getting in the way. It seems to me that the result will be much better in such area."</blockquote>The training camp of the gymnasts from the Academy of the Firsts is underway in Sirius from July 1 to 6.
