"Each competition is like ten training sessions." Zarina Abdulkarimova on the III CIS Games

Zarina Abdulkarimova from Kazakhstan became one of the judges for the Sky Grace International Association at the III CIS Games. 

The specialist shared what she remembers about the members of the Sky Grace team. 

"I liked the girls; they are all well-prepared. It's obvious that the coaches work with them a lot."

She also shared why it's important for gymnasts to compete and gain experience at these competitions.

"The girls are all very good. Some excel at difficulties, some are very good at artistic performance. All the girls were at a very high level of preparation. Each competition is like ten training sessions. In terms of excitement, in terms of concentration. Because, after all, training gives you the opportunity to improve. And in competitions you don’t have the opportunity to do it again, so you have to give it your all."
