What goals have gymnasts from the Zhemchuzhina Gymnastics Center set for the Academy training camp? Coach Arina Romanova tells us

Coach Arina Romanova shared with us what goals gymnasts from the Zhemchuzhina Gymnastics Center have set for themselves for the training camp.

"We came here with the children to get into shape, get in shape, and start the season," Arina said. 

The specialist shared the athletes’ plans.

"The girls have been resting since June 7.  And on July 1, we already started training. The introductory camp is to run outside, jump, do special physical training, work with weights, stretch, and prepare for objects. We haven’t done any runthroughs yet. We are planning to start doing run throughs here, since the Young Gymnasts tournament is just around the corner. We would like to qualify for it," she said.

The training camp for gymnasts from the Zhemchuzhina Gymnastics Center will run from July 8 to July 18.
