How did the all-Russian Spring Cup competition go for the Academy gymnasts? Anna Vakulenko, Ksenia Savinova, Karolina Tarasova, and Elina Khabirova share their thoughts

The gymnasts of the Academy shared their impressions of the tournament after performing at the all-Russian Spring Cup competition.

Anna Vakulenko summarized her performance in Krasnoyarsk:

"This is a competition on a very large scale. I had a new hoop at this competition, so I didn't succeed in everything with it. So, of course, I will work on it. Irina Zenovka and I came up with the idea that this is an image of some dark forces, and I am like a white angel who must defeat these forces."

Karolina Tarasova told us about a gift from a fan and her first experience of participating in a signing session:

"A girl gave me this toy after the competition. She gave it to me from the bottom of her heart. I really like it. It will be like my good luck charm. We had a quick question round and a photo session. There were a lot of questions for all the gymnasts. There were very interesting questions. We answered them with great pleasure."

Ksenia Savinova named the value of such competitions:

"There are a lot of strong girls here, they came from the Russian team. It is also very cool that I am competing with them."

And Elina Khabirova noted the support of the team and thanked the Academy coaches for their work done:

"I was supported by the girls from Sky Grace, they were rooting for me, the doctors who helped and treated me. "We were given double medals, and I gave one medal to the coach with gratitude and love. I want to thank my coaches - Olga Dmitrievna and Evgeniya Mikhailovna. Thank you for preparing me!"
