Coach Evgenia Shtypula told how gymnasts from Belgorod train at the Academy.
"We came with gymnasts from Belgorod, an Olympic reserve athletic school. We came here to gain experience from coaches, leading coaches. - In total, 200 children came here. All children are of different ages. Currently, we have a group born in 2013 in training. We also have children ranging from seven years old to 18 years old, that is, from kindergarten to students," she said.
She shared what interesting exercises her students learn every day.
"Very interesting object training, very interesting general physical training, some new elements, exercises in terms of special physical training in coordination with the object," the coach said.
The coach thanked Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva for the opportunity to train at the Academy.
"Many thanks to Alina Kabaeva. Sea, mountains, sun and a wonderful Academy," she said.
The training camp for children from Belgorod is organized by the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, the Academy of Martial Arts and the administration of the Sirius federal territory.
