How will gymnasts prepare for the All-Russian competition in Sirius? Participants of the Sky Grace Tournament in the Ural Federal District share

In Yekaterinburg, Anastasia Nozhenkina from the Sverdlovsk Region came in second in the all-around among gymnasts born in 2012-2013, Diana Stashkina from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug came in fourth, and Eva Sabirova from the Chelyabinsk Region took second place in the jump rope exercise.
After the competition, Anastasia Nozhenkina assessed her performance.
"Second place is pretty good, but you have to strive for first. And I did all the performances cleanly. I added jumps and one combination element to each routine. I will work more on risks, skills and elements," she said.
Eva Sabirova shared what elements she added to her programs according to the Sky Grace rules.
"This tournament went well for me. Of course, not everything worked out. There is something to work on, but in general, it was good. According to the Sky Grace rules, we changed the programs, added combined elements, and we also prepared an exercise with a rope," she said.
And Diana Stashkina shared what she plans to work on in the future.
"Overall, it was very good, but it could have been better. We need to work on risks, on confidence, on emotions. The gymnasts here are quite strong, and it was a pleasure to perform with them." Diana said.
Based on the results of interregional tournaments, the six best athletes receive the right to compete in the all-Russian competitions.
