Executive Director of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association Marina Shpecht summed up the results of the Sky Grace Grand Prix in Minsk

The Executive Director of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association Marina Shpecht assessed the performances of the gymnasts at the Sky Grace Grand Prix in Minsk and summed up the results of the tournament.

"I think our competition ended successfully. The gymnasts showed what they are capable of. And, of course, the most important thing is that in this arena the gymnasts got the opportunity to qualify for the BRICS Games. The Association has its own team, and by the decision of the Association’s management, the strongest gymnasts in seniors and juniors, as well as in group exercises, will be selected to participate in the BRICS Games," Marina said.

She also spoke about the attitude of coaches and gymnasts towards the opportunity to qualify for the BRICS Games through an Association tournament.

"Our and Russian gymnasts, and in principle, when we talked with foreign athletes who planned to come to the tournament, everyone confirmed their participation and were happy about this opportunity. Because not all federations have enough space for participants, and this, naturally, is an additional, alternative, new, unique platform where you can show all your beauty, all your skills and, naturally, get into the team," the coach said.

She shared the next plans for the Association plans.

"We are an International Association, and we, of course, want to develop international relations at an even greater level. And next year, we are planning a number of international and all-Russian tournaments.  I think that more and more countries will attend our competitions, because this is a holiday, this is beauty, this is individuality, which is necessary for all gymnasts," she said.

The specialist also shared flattering reviews from coaches and judges about the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association.

"From competition to competition we see something new, something interesting, something unusually invented just to fit these rules. That is, if initially the gymnasts tried to just  redo their exercises to fit these rules, now they are directly performing the routine. Both the dance section in these exercises and the difficult elements, which are less evaluated in the FIG rules, are different. Many judges, many coaches approach us and say: Thank you for having an opportunity like this, to show the uniqueness of every girl," she added.
