We are very happy to find ourselves here. The best conditions globally for working with the gymnasts."</blockquote>The specialist also told what competitions the athletes are preparing for.:<blockquote>"We have a very serious task — we will travel to the Crystal Rose. Coach Tatiana Korobova came to the recovery camp with junior Alina Chistyakova.The specialist told about the goals for the training camp and also noted the features of the training process:<blockquote>"We have come now to the Academy to get new knowledge, skills, to work with what we do not have time for during the main period of preparations for the competitions. We are trying now to add something new to our programs, make them somewhat more difficult, add some artistry elements, and compose the programs element by element. Then we will put them together and have the ready variany remaining, and work on it."</blockquote>She also assessed the conditions for the training process:<blockquote>"The conditions are excelleny here, the ones we have never had. That is why we use every spare minute in the hall. We try to work with Alina as much as possible in such conditions, gain experience and usefully explore our time."</blockquote>The coach also shared the plans for the future:<blockquote>"We are preparing for the third stage of the Cup of the Strongest that will be in September. We have polished and revised all our programs in Novogorsk. We have a new ribbon routine. The new ribbon program is in line with modern rules and artistry. The character of a kind of a daring and eager girl, with bright accents. The first session of the intensive course of the Alla Dukhova's TODES school-studio at the Martial Arts Academy has ended.After the final concert, the participants shared their impressions of the classes.Anastasia Stepanova noted the teaching staff of the intensive:<blockquote>"There are master classes from our teachers. We have one of the best teaching staffs. We love these people very much. And personally, I have been to their session more than once. Each choreographer has their own way of presenting technique and choreography. With each master class we learn something new and become more at ease."</blockquote>Maria Likhatskaya shared her emotions during the battle:<blockquote>"This is not the first time I've gone out, but each time it's like the first time, because you go out, you don't know what kind of music you’ll have, what style, where what beat is, where to make it stronger, where to make it softer. But with each time the experience grows on you and each time I become more open, confident and relaxed. Therefore, it is very useful."</blockquote>Alexey Angatkin also spoke about improvisation:<blockquote>"The improvisation is something unusual, every time it is something new. You go out, new music, new emotions, a new hall in which you improvise. It is a new feeling every time, which is impossible to forget."</blockquote>At the final concert, the participants showed the dances they had learned, and also took part in dance battles and a flash mob.

We prepared for it for six days. Every day, the athletes’ schedule included dancing. And the uniqueness of our project was that, since this was a training camp in Sochi, we wanted to add a twist. These were Caucasian national dances. And today, the girls demonstrated what they had learned over the course of these six days. They learned to express themselves. Even the emotionality of these national dances, it still differs from regular dances, from regular exercises. And we are very glad that the girls had such an opportunity to try a new direction."</blockquote>The specialist also shared her impressions of classes at the Academy:<blockquote>"We have chosen the Academy for our training camp for the second year in a row because the conditions here are truly unique. There are luxurious halls, grounds, high ceilings, amazing carpets, excellent food, and grounds. That is, the girls can also take a walk after the training camp, go to the sea.
