"This is simply a paradise for those who love gymnastics!" Coach Olga Minigalina talks about the conditions at the Academy

Coach Olga Minigalina from the Leningrad Region came to Sirius to take part in working with the Academy gymnasts. She assists Evgenia Eliseeva.

Olga spoke about her coaching career.

"I worked as a coach for 10 years in the Leningrad region, in Vyborg. I trained many gymnasts, several masters of sports. I am always in the gym, I love gymnastics, madly, probably, it is the love of my life. This is what has been with me since birth, one might say, and forever," Olga said.

Olga also thanked Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva for the opportunity.

"So, I think there is no better place on this planet to do what you love than the Academy. It is simply a paradise for people who love gymnastics, love sports and generally care about their work as much as Alina Kabaeva. A huge thank you to her for giving me the opportunity to come here and try my hand. When I arrived here on the first day straight from the plane, Alina Kabaeva was there. She told me to unload Evgenia Eliseeva , take the girls - Amina Sharafutdinova, Liya Rodionova. And to help Evgenia Eliseeva with the older girls, to strengthen the preparation for the competition," she said.

The coach shared her opinion about the future of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association and what it has to offer.

"It seems to me that the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association is something that will probably unite different countries, unite people who love gymnastics. I think that the future is the most grandiose and very interesting in fact," the coach said.
