"This is a great opportunity for kids!" Coach Lyubov Voinova about the training camp at the Academy

The coach of athletes from the Stavropol Territory, Lyubov Voinova, talked about the benefits of training at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy.

"We came to get new knowledge, learn from coaches. The coaches are very good, they explain everything to the children very well and in an understandable way. We really like it here. This is a great opportunity for children to learn the technique of mastering the subject, get to know the coaches, look at other girls and learn from them," she said. 

The coach explained why complex training is important for female athletes, including physical training, work with objects and choreography.

"Without physical training there won’t be any beautiful feet, hands, posture, and body. Everything  should be flexed, and look beautiful on the floor. Choreography also plays an important role. It is taught very well here, they give a lot of information. All the girls have to do is only hear and listen to the coaches who help them," Lyubov said. 

The coach also expressed her gratitude to the two-time world champion Ekaterina Selezneva, who helps the gymnasts at the training camp to improve their work with objects.
