The athlete told what she pays attention to during her performances.
"It’s important for me to go out thinking about my program, about what I’m doing. And for everyone to like it, for me to convey the meaning of my routine to the judges and the audience, and to do what I was told," Alisa said.
She thanked Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva for the opportunity to participate in international competitions.
"For us, this is just some kind of incredible experience, and we are very grateful to Alina Kabaeva for the fact that we are performing at this wonderful tournament, for the fact that we have seen this city. A huge thank you to her. I think it’s a burden of responsibility, not to let the team down. We were selected, we prepared very hard, calculated, changed programs. It’s really cool that they trusted us, that we can perform here. And we hope that we didn’t let anyone down, and we tried very hard," the gymnast said.
Alisa also named her favorite gymnasts International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association team.
"I really like Ksyusha Savinova and Mariia Borisova. They have a different technique. All the girls are different in some way, everyone here is very cool, but I have always liked these girls very much. And I probably consider them the best on our team," she said.
In the capital of Hungary, Alisa Medvedeva won a silver medal in the ribbon event and came in third with the hoop and clubs in the seniors' program.
