“This is an absolutely successful start for Sky Grace!” Marina Specht talks about the BRICS Games
Executive Director of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association Marina Specht was a member of the panel of judges at the BRICS Games.
After the end of the competition, Marina plained how the process of evaluating performances at the tournament took place.
“The FIG rules are much calmer, much simpler than the Sky Grace. And it seems to me that it was easier for the girls to switch from the Sky Grace program to the FIG rules. Because the basic criteria of the rules are the same, the difference is the number of elements. We had controversial issues for several days. The judging teams changed, but the chief judge was great, she always considered all the petitions. It’s good when there is judging and the right assessment is clarified at the end,” she explained.
Marina summed up the performance of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association team gymnasts.
“Our girls are great. They were one team, they rooted for each other, they supported each other. And they performed with such joy, with such pleasure. I think that this competition was an absolute success for Sky Grace,” she said.
International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association team gymnasts won 14 medals at the BRICS Games, including four gold, five silver and five bronze.
