I have a very stylish choreography in clubs, also with an interesting meaning. It has a very interesting Art Nouveau look. I always do this exercise with all my heart, and it is my favorite. I have a shamanic image in my feed. This is a new exercise. We've only recently changed it, but I really like it too."</blockquote>The gymnast talked about her future plans and how she likes the new rules:<blockquote>"These are definitely my favorite rules in my entire career, because I am a very artistic, emotional person, and I really like to express my feelings on the carpet, to show it to the audience. After these competitions, I have a graduation at school, then I immediately fly to the training camp in Sochi, at the Sky Grace. It is very interesting for me to train there, because the conditions there are incredible and everything is given to improve my results. Marina Drozd took the place of the Head judge at the Russia’s Youth VI Summer Spartakiad — 2025.The specialist told what this start means for gymnasts:<blockquote>"The Spartakiad final is considered a major competition for grown gymnasts. They have passed all the selections in their federal districts and have already come here to represent not only their subject, but also the federal district. There are members of the Russian national team, International class Masters of Sports, so I think the competitions are interesting."</blockquote>She shared how the leaders of the tournament stand out and what qualities help athletes to win:<blockquote>"We all know these gymnasts very well, we judge a lot. Mariia Borisova is now on the way to an ideal, she is practically universal. In every aspect, she improves with each start, finetunes her skills. Vladislava Sharonova is also one of the audience’s favorites, she always has a very interesting composition, an artistic composition. A gymnast should be versatile and madly in love with her sport. Self-discipline, self-control. She should be both artistic and technical, show good elements. Our leaders are versatile gymnasts."</blockquote>Competitions for the Masters of Sports program are held from June 21 to 26 in Penza.

It was a very interesting bundle, and I remember it very much. There's a slow part and a fast part where you need to speed up. I think this format is very useful. In the exercise, I will open up more, make smoother movements. This is only a plus for us."&nbsp;</blockquote>Teacher Dmitry Stepanchikov spoke about the importance of choreography in gymnastics:<blockquote>"Girls should be very good at controlling their bodies, be musical and quickly adapt to their programs. Therefore, you have to dance with them in a lot of different styles. The gymnast moves in a peculiar way, she has her own unique plasticity. And we need to add dancing to it so that it can open up. Now we can go deep into dance training and try something new."&nbsp;</blockquote>The specialist also noted the programs of the Academy's students.:<blockquote>"Sky Grace has very strong programs. Irina Zenovka is coming — quite successful programs. Ksenia Savinova has good ones, Karolina Tarasova has interesting clubs."</blockquote>The training camp at the Academy will last until July 4th.

The Academy coaches assessed the performance of gymnasts of the Sky Grace International Clubs Association Karolina Tarasova and Yana Zaikina at the International Rhythmic Interclub — 2025 tournament in Mexico.Evgenia Eliseeva noted the progress of the gymnasts:<blockquote>"The girls performed with dignity, with character, with emotion, with full dedication. The tournament was not easy, long flights, time zone changes, difficult conditions, but the team coped with it professionally, I think. The girls are great. We see how our gymnasts are becoming more confident, cleaner, more technical, more colorful, more artistic, and this makes us very happy. This tournament was a good opportunity for us to test ourselves on the road, in different conditions. And I thank the team and the coaching staff for the effort invested, for our medals, for what we did. And on to new competitions!"</blockquote>Elizaveta Chernova explained why participation in such competitions is especially important for the athletes:<blockquote>"Participation abroad at international tournaments is very helpful for our gymnasts and gives them this motivation. We are very happy that we were invited here. Our girls performed with great pleasure, for the public, they recieved a lot of support. Other gymnasts also watched our gymnasts. I even saw moments when they tried to repeat elements. I think this is a very good leap forward, so that all children strive, try, do gymnastics, and this popularization of gymnastics."</blockquote>At the International Rhythmic Interclub tournament in Mexico, Karolina won three gold medals, a silver and a bronze, while Yana won two gold and three silver.

They performed quite well, did a good job! We are very happy for them and proud of them. The Sky Grace gymnasts stand out for their uniqueness. We put a lot of emphasis on working on the body, on the apparatus and generally try to ensure that the music and composition are harmoniously combined. And everything they do on the carpet is like a small story."</blockquote>The specialist explained how participation in international competitions is useful for gymnasts:<blockquote>"Girls get a lot from these international competitions, where the language is completely different, the environment is completely different. They learn to perform in different halls, where the ceiling is high, where the ceiling is not very high, where the conditions are perhaps a little limited physically. They gain this experience and in the future they will be able to perform everywhere."</blockquote>At the International Rhythmic Interclub 2025 tournament, Academy students won ten medals. Karolina Tarasova became the first in the exercise with a hoop, clubs and ribbon, the second in the all-around and the third in the ball. Yana Zaikina won the all-around and the exercise with a ball, and took silver with a hoop, clubs and ribbon.

After the awards ceremony, Karolina Tarasova told how the International Rhythmic Interclub — 2025 tournament went for her:<blockquote>"The performances were successful for me. I really enjoyed performing here. The audience was very supportive, they clapped and shouted. I performed well, but in the ball I risked doing three somersaults, but I dropped them. I will work, practice. We all prepared very hard, trained. And after the Cup of the Strongest, we went straight to Mexico. The flight went well, it was long, but we managed."</blockquote>The gymnast also thanked Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva and the Academy team for helping her prepare:<blockquote>"I want to thank Alina Kabaeva, Evgeniya Eliseeva, Olga Minigalina, Elena Egorova, Elizaveta Chernova, all-all-all of the coaches, the Academy staff, everyone who helped us.
