"I think we’ll do just fine." Academy coach Olga Frolova on working with Karolina Tarasova from the DPR

Olga Frolova, coach at the Alina Kabaeva Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics talked about working with Karolina Tarasova, a gymnast from the DPR.

“Right now, we have new programs with Carolina. All four types of programs are new. Our Belarus colleagues helped us, choreographed pretty complicated programs, and we are working them out right now,” the coach said.

The gymnast has two workouts every day. Frolova said that serious work is underway. “Not everything is as easy as we would like it to be. Somewhere, there are issues with her personality, so to speak. She’s a complicated girl, of course, talented, hardworking.”

I“What’s really important in sports is to set a goal and work towards achieving it, overcoming all obstacles, difficulties, and mistakes, because they are inevitable. All people, athletes, make mistakes somewhere, but that is part of the work. Working on yourself, movement, life, process. That is why I think that we will be successful.
