Russia’s Honored Coach, Chairman of the Ulyanovsk Regional Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics Tatyana Gribkova spoke about Viktoria Bespalova’s preparation for the BRICS Games at the Academy.
“We are very glad that we got in and that we will perform for the Sky Grace team. For Vika, these competitions are perhaps the highest level of all in which she has ever taken part. Of course, Vika is happy, and we, the coaches, are happy. Vika has been preparing for the BRICS Games with Natalya Simashkevich at the Sky Grace Academy, which gave her the opportunity to work with professional judges and staff. Many thanks to Alina Kabaeva for making adjustments to our exercises and for giving Vika great psychological support. Of course, this is a great honor for us,” Tatyana said.
She also noted that she expects victory from the Sky Grace team at the competition.
“From the BRICS Games I expect a great celebration of gymnastics, a medal in the team competition, because the Sky Grace team has very strong athletes, and I think that everything will work out for them. Good luck to all participants and amazing, beautiful victories,” she said.
The International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association will present a team at the tournament in Kazan, which includes gymnasts from Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus. The selection took place at the international Sky Grace Grand Prix tournament in Minsk.
