"The children accepted this challenge!" Alina Kabaeva talks about the Sky Grace Cup

Olympic champion Alina Kabaeva shared details about the Sky Grace Cup stages.

"For the first time, the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association is holding qualifying tournaments. The first stage took place in the districts. Children came to Sochi from different regions of our country. These are the best children who were selected. And here at our competitions we have a team from Belarus. The next stage where children are being selected is for the competitions in Minsk. This is an international competition that will take place at the end of May," she said.

She also emphasized the features of the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association rules according to which the competitions are held.

"Our tournament is held according to the International Sky Grace Rhythmic Gymnastics Clubs Association rules. These rules are much more complicated than the international federation rules. They give the gymnast the opportunity to reveal her talent and show her potential. The children accepted this challenge. They are doing it very well. I wish everyone the best of luck," the Olympic Champion said.

The All-Russian rhythmic gymnastics Sky Grace Cup competition is held at the Academy, April 10-14.
