"The children performed very well." Academy coach Anna Ustsova talks about the tournament in Barnaul

After the completion of international competition as part of the "Dynamo for Russia’s Children" festival Academy coach Anna Ustsova, European champion in 1996, appreciated the performances of our students.

"We also approached this competition very responsibly. We prepared, reworked our exercises so that it would be more beneficial, expensive. The children presented themselves well. As a judge, everything was clear and concise for me. Almost all of their elements were counted, and the risks were executed well," Anna said.

The coach told how the performances of Sabina Samatova from Izhevsk and Diana Solosina from Rostov-on-Don took place, and also noted the warm welcome the gymnasts received in Barnaul.

"We, of course, did not perform often this year. I personally have two girls who work with me - Sabina Samatova and Diana Solosina. You know, I'm happy with them. They showcased themselves only from their best side. I really want the organizers. We liked everything very much, we were greeted in an amazing way, and taken to our accommodations. The attitude at this competition was wonderful, very warm. So I thank them very much for this," the coach said.
