Champions of the All-Russian Young Sky Grace competition sharing secret of their victory

Varvara Spiridonova, Amelia Alikberova, Arina Khasanova, Ksenia Semenova and Varvara Bessmertnaya from the Ulyanovsk Region topped the list in group exercises at the Young Sky Grace. Their coaches are Galina Savosina and Karina Ruzanova. 

The gymnasts shared with us the secret of the victory after the award ceremony:

"We have marine music there. And we show a ship at the very beginning of the exercise. We have accents. Being focused everywhere, throwing to the point and thinking about where you throw."

The athletes also told us about changes in their programs to the rules of the Sky Grace International Clubs Association:

"We added catches to the elements — catches to the attitude and to the swallow. And we also changed the Italian fouetté."
